Symposium > Practical informations
Reaching the Symposium site
Symposium will take place at Pôle Numerique Brest Iroise (PNBI). Note that a shuttle have been planned to easily reach the DEB2019 site from Brest town centre. Please refer to the travel informations page for more informations about how to reach this place including shuttle stops and time table.
Welcome
If you only participate to the symposium, you will be welcomed at Pôle Numerique Brest Iroise (PNBI) on the april 10 between 9h00 and 9:30 with a coffe. We will be given your badge, book of abstract, tickets for the lunch and your re-usable cup (that you can use dunring the whole event to limit wastes). If you also participate to the Worshop you will be given these items on the april 8 between 8h30 and 9h. Out of these hours please contact members of the organization commitee that you will be able to recognize with their red collar.
Restauration
All lunches will be taken at the RAK restaurant at 10 minutes walking time from PNBI (see Symposuim schedule for lunch hours). Don't forget to bring with you the tickets for the lunches (included in the registration fees, to recover during welcome coffe).
A cocktail will be served during poster session (included in registration fees), note that this cocktail is not intended to be a meal, you can thus plan a meal at night when you are back to Brest town centre.
Symposium dinner will take place on board of "Le Brestoâ" during a cruise in Bay of Brest (included in registration fees).
